OK few changes in this one.
User interface is much better. The prebuilt fleets are gone, I'll reintroduce them if you lot realy want them. Now chooseing a ship is easy, use its acrynom eg CTS. Note all letters must be caps. Dont want to choose any more ships then choose 'N'. Chooseing a line is done similarly, use the first letter A = Assault line ect. It is input protected so if you type something in wrong it will just ask you to do it again.
Note: It lags for 2-3 seconds after you input the last ship/fighter/bomber amount. Its nothing to worry about, just the programme sorting the fleets out.
Attack 1/5/10 introduced. Just type in how often you want it to attack.
Ammunition introduced.
As with previous incarnations the accuracy for shooting at smaller things isnt good.
Fighter screen helps protect your ships from bombers.
New things.
Corvettes are no longer anti drone. They now deal 4x damage when shooting at assault line. When you see GN's later this will make more sense.
Destroyers are no anti-drone. They shoot 10 times as corvettes used to. 50% accuracy or so. Meaning theyre actauly good anti drone. DX vs bomber CR is actualy fairly close. They also deal reduced damage against ships. (BS their guns shoot faster to hit drones but pack less punch)
Gunships now have torpedoes!
In order to fire the torpedo the GN must be in the assault line.
The rest of your fleet will not fire this round (they get out of the way).
Desroyers still shoot at drones and drones still fight.
Enemy fleet will return fire x5 during a torpedo strike, watch out for that.
Firing a torpedo costs 50 ammunition. Gn start with 100 so you can shoot twice max.
Torpedoes do 4% hull damage, no matter what ship it is (aim for the big guys).
Torpedoes do splash damage to 3 ships.
